The Economic outlook for 2012

Well its been along time on my blog and you know.... I went to a Economic outlook for 2012 today and didnt get much out of it. I was a little dissappointed at all the negativity they had to say about our housing market. With the housing market sales in January on the rise 15% from this time last year, it looks to me like a Great Start to the New Year!!
