House Extends Home Buyer Credit-3 months!!

Well,... they finally got it passed through Washington to Extend the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit purchase! Home buyers now get an extra 3 months to get their home transaction closed. The extension only applies to people who signed purchase agreements by April 30th. The bill passed gives buyers until September 30th to close on their transaction.
